About Unstock. A directory, some guides, and a strong opinion about home screens.
Unstock lists the apps that replace each app your Android phone came with, open source and closed, side by side, with the facts and where they came from. Around it: real setups you can copy, and guides that tell you the time, the difficulty and the risk before you touch anything.

F-Droid publishes its index to encourage reuse. We fetch entry.json and index-v2.json once a day with a named User-Agent. App icons come from that index, from IzzyOnDroid's index, or from a URL on the developer's own site in curated YAML. We do not scrape Google Play. Play links are typed by a person in curated YAML. IzzyOnDroid's index is allowed; v1 may not have run it yet.
As of 17 Oct 2026 the catalog snapshot has 1,145 listed apps (1142 open, 3 closed). Unknown fields are shown as "—" and never guessed.
