# How we pick

We highlight the best-looking apps so your Android feels like a new phone, without buying one. Beauty first.

A person scores each app on a phone. Design 35, user-friendliness 30, efficiency and speed 25, user respect 10. Ties go to design. We will not crown apps that upload your contacts or keystrokes.
